Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NicheGoblin, a subscription web application at nichegoblin.com. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

What the service is

NicheGoblin analyses publicly available YouTube data to identify videos that are gaining views faster than the channel that published them normally achieves, and reports patterns shared by those videos. It is an analysis tool. We do not guarantee that acting on it will grow your channel, earn you revenue, or produce any particular result.

Your account

Accounts are created and accessed by email sign-in link. You are responsible for the security of your email account, because anyone with access to it can sign in as you. Tell us at support@nichegoblin.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

One account per person. Do not share access credentials or sign-in links.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record: they process payment, act as the seller for the transaction, and handle applicable sales tax and VAT.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects their renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or publish the data the service produces as your own product
• access the service by automated means, or attempt to extract data in bulk
• attempt to bypass access controls, or use an account you are not entitled to
• use the service to break the law or YouTube's own terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that do these things.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Data comes from the YouTube Data API and is subject to its limits and outages. A niche needs several days of accumulated history before it produces results, and we will show no results rather than unreliable ones.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may terminate an account for breach of these terms, and will refund any unused portion of a prepaid period unless the breach involves fraud or abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
