14-day money-back guarantee

If NicheGoblin is not for you, email support@nichegoblin.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically, and we email a receipt each time — cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to cancel

Use the link in any receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, or email support@nichegoblin.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not automatically issue a refund.

If something is broken

If the service is unavailable or not working as described for a sustained period, tell us. We will refund or credit the affected period even if you are outside the 14-day window. We would rather refund you than have you dispute a charge.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
